Shortly after ending his long tenure as Chief Executive Officer of the AFL (2003–2014), Andrew was appointed to the Capitol Health board. He formerly served as Managing Director of Ruthinium Group (of which he remains a board member), Non-Executive Chairman of Baxter Group, and Chairman of the Australian Multicultural Advisory Council.
